Before we show you the apartments, the viewing terrace, and the surrounding area, we want to tell you who we are. And why from the very beginning we knew that this would not be a hotel.
We are a family of five – mother, father, and three children.
We come from Podhale. We grew up here. We live here.
For us, the mountains are not a view from the window, but everyday life. The smell of wood. Cold mornings. Silence that is most noticeable when nothing interrupts it.
Highlander culture – singing, dancing, and dialect – is not an addition. It is a natural part of our life.
Contact with nature and horses has taught us calmness and mindfulness. That not everything has to happen quickly. We wanted to pass on this simplicity.
That is how Hacienda was created.
It started with one place.
With the Wooden House Hacienda.
We did not have a plan for a large property. We were not thinking in terms of systems or templates.
We wanted to create a space where, after closing the door, you feel relief. Where you can take off your shoes, sit down, and simply be.
The first guests came. Then others. They returned. They recommended it to others.
Over time, the decision naturally came to create additional places — without changing what had been most important from the very beginning.
This is how Hacienda Kościelisko Apartments at Kierpcówka 5 were created.
An intimate property. A few apartments. Peace and quiet.
There is a viewing terrace here. Morning coffee tastes different when you have the Tatra Mountains in front of you, and the only sounds are the wind and birds.
In the evening, the city lights are far away. What remains is silence and space.
This is a place for those who do not want to “tick off attractions,” but to truly rest.
At Hacienda, we do everything ourselves.
The touch of soil under our feet when we plant flowers. The smell of freshly cut grass in summer. The crunch of snow under our boots in winter.
We clean the apartments. We shovel snow. We heat the hot tub. We take care of hot water. We hang a new swing. We change the garden step by step.
We also handle what you don’t see.
Accounting. Advertising. Messages. Phone calls. Organisation.
We don’t have a reception. We don’t have an office outside the property.
It is just us.
Sometimes that means a shared trip to a mountain hut to get real oscypek cheese — the kind we know and trust. Because Podhale is not a product. It is our place.

The first is the Apartments at Kierpcówka 5 – with a viewing terrace and a SPA zone.
The second is Hacienda – a semi-detached house at Nędzy-Kubińca 131 in Kościelisko. Private entrance. A garden. More privacy.
No matter which location you choose, you will feel the same: silence, simplicity, and the presence of the hosts.
