• The apartment has two levels – a living area with a balcony and a sleeping mezzanine
• Interior designed in a highlander style – warm wood, soft lighting, simplicity
• Kitchenette with a microwave, cooktop, kettle, and dishes (no washing machine or dishwasher)
• Wi-Fi is available in the apartment
• 1 free parking space
• No elevator – access by stairs
• Windows face west – perfect for evening relaxation
• We live on-site – direct contact and attention to every detail

• Viewing terrace (shared) open 8:00–22:00. Closed in winter
• Gazebo with barbecue (charcoal not included)

• Quiet hours 22:00–6:00
• No parties or visitors outside the reservation
• No smoking in apartments, on balconies, or in the SPA area
